Here’s a great free printable one-page calendar, from A Pair of Pears, if you were looking for a good one-page calendar to track exercise or other milestones of the year. They also offer sweet free mini Valentine and a mini cake bunting printables. (Found via How About Orange.)

Did you know there are tons of blogs devoted to baby names? (Of course there are!) A couple of my favorites are Appellation Mountain and Nameberry (a full service site with definitions, blogs, forums, and polls).

More earring love: here’s the other pair I got for Christmas that I have been getting lots of compliments on (I got them in white). She’s a local artist, too, and I pretty much love her whole collection.

I’m a political, American history, and especially White House/presidential biography junkie. So this was my happy Saturday morning diversion: White House Photographer Pete Souza’s “Year in Photographs” for 2012. My favorite part is how many happy faces of diverse “real Americans” appear around the main action.

If you need a little help believing in humanity again, or just a good cry, try this video about triathlete brothers.

Seriously fun if you are as big of a Star Wars fan as everyone in our household. Yoda-speak generator.

SugarSCOUT, a vintage and handmade Etsy store I stumbled on and then was delighted to learn they are local (from Minneapolis). Especially love the vintage train case device charging station.
